Judging Process
The Payment Security Excellence Awards team conducts a comprehensive industry review to identify the most deserving applicants. We welcome nominations from all organizations and professionals committed to advancing the field of payment security.
A distinguished panel of judges—comprising industry veterans, security leaders, and technology experts—will evaluate all submissions. Winners will be selected collectively during a judging session held shortly before the awards ceremony. Where required, applicants may be contacted for additional information or supporting documentation to verify claims made in their submissions. References provided will also be reviewed as part of the evaluation process.

Rules and Regulations
- The official language for all communication and submissions is English.
- All nominations must be submitted exclusively through the official QNA nomination link (insert link here).
- Each category requires a separate nomination form.
- Participants may submit nominations in multiple categories.
- All nominations will be reviewed and evaluated by the appointed jury panel.
- The jury’s decision will be final and cannot be contested. In the event of a tie, the Jury Chairperson’s decision will prevail.
- All submitted information will be treated as confidential, accessible only to the jury and QNA.
- Incomplete or irrelevant entries will be automatically disqualified.
- Winners will be officially announced by QNA.
- QNA will confirm receipt of nominations via email acknowledgment.
